Manasamithram Gulika is also known as manasamithra vati or manasamithra vatakam used mainly in ayurvedic treatment of mental disorders, sleep disorders, depression and anxiety. The formulation consists of 73 ingredients and is formulated according to the traditional ayurvedic principles if Kerala.

Actions:

Dosage: 

1 – 2 tablets once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.

The fine powder of herbal powder mix is triturated with the liquids and a paste is prepared, which is made into tablet form, dried and preserved.

Manasamithram Gulika works the best with :

  1. Brahmi ghritam or saraswatha ghritam for manias and phobias 

Precautions:

  1. Manasamithram  Gulika  is possibly safe and well-tolerated in most of the patients.
  2. Over dosage may cause burning sensation in stomach.
  3. Some people  may experience worsening of mood and increase of anxiety.
